Call Time: 8:30am
Performance: 9:15am

Jazz/Tap/Hip-Hop/Break Dance
Call Time: 10:15am
Performance: 11:00am

Creative/Beginning/Tumbling
Call Time: 12:00pm
Performance: 12:45pm

Seating for performances will not begin until 15 minutes before the show as the dancers will be warming up on the stage.
Dancers need to arrive at their specified call times so that they will be warm for their dance so that they will not be injured.  If dancers are not warm, they will not be able to perform!

You can bring as many guests as you would like, but your entire party must enter the auditorium together.  You cannot enter save seats for late arrivals.

You may photograph or video your dancer, but you may not use flash photography and you must stay in your seat.

Do not stand at your seat or in the aisles as a courtesy to others watching the performance and to conform with fire codes.

Please do not lease any trash in the auditorium.

If any items are left at the venue, we will bring them back to our lost and found at Excel Dance Academy.

There is no charge for entrance.  Donations are accepted to fund equipment for the studio.
